| I have been a criminal defense lawyer based out of San Francisco since 1998, and have represented criminal defendants in Superior Courts throughout the State of California as well as in federal courts throughout the United States, including: the Northern, Central, and Eastern Districts of California, and the District of Wyoming.
I work with renowned criminal defense lawyer and jury trial expert J. Tony Serra in San Francisco. I am a member of Pier 5 Law Offices, a community of sole practioners specializing in zealous criminal defense.
I am a member of the California State Bar, California Attorneys for Criminal Justice, the Bar Association of San Francisco, California NORML, National NORML Legal Committee, Cannabis Action Network, and Americans for Safe Access.
I graduated from Stanford Law School, where I worked as a legal researcher for Stanford Law Professor and high tech crime defense lawyer Thomas Nolan in Palo Alto.
While at Stanford, I concentrated in the field of criminal defense, and completed advanced courses such as White Collar Crime in Silicon Valley, High Tech Crime, Advanced Criminal Procedure, and Cyberspace Law. I also gained federal experience as a law clerk for the prestigious Federal Public Defender in San Francisco.
I also graduated from Yale College in 1992, with a B.A. in Philosophy. |
